Thank you VERY much for your interest in joining the Flying Samaritans and attending our clinic in San Quintin, Baja. Here are the steps to take:

1. JOIN the Flying Samaritans: Use these instructions to join.

An annual individual membership is only $50. A family membership (members living at the same address) is $60. A student membership is $20.

 

2. REGISTER for the clinic online.

These instructions assume:

    1. You already have a member profile on www.flyingsamaritans.net.

    2. You know your user name and password.

    3. Your membership dues are current.

    To register on www.flyingsamaritans.net:

        1. Log into your profile on www.flyingsamaritans.net.

        2. On the top Menu Bar, hover your mouse over “CLINICS”.

        3. A list of clinics will appear. Click on “Los Pinos (Alma Luminosa)”.

        4. Search the list that will appear for the “Los Pinos (Alma Luminosa)” clinic, and find the clinic date that you want to register for.

        5. To the right, click on the “REGISTER” button. (If the REGISTER button is not visible, it is usually an indication that your dues are not current.)

        6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration. This will include an acknowledgment of the Release of Liability.

        7. Double check that your passport information on the "Customs" tab is EXACTLY THE SAME as what is on your passport.

        8. After your registration is complete, click on “LOG OUT” in the top right of the screen.

3. Upload the necessary paperwork:

   1.  Release of Liability

   3.  Photocopy of medical credentials (for healthcare providers only)
